In This Dreaming

Sandy pebbles clung between our toes
And trees bent over the river joining us in afternoon repose
Leaves shadows dancing on life filled cool water
That chair bowed
Sitting within it, floating down down, worth the walk to skim past cliffside dwellers dangling and scattering from or towards us but here was coolness.  Survival.
Revival of the wilted
Bodies and spirits
Plunged into wildness
That wakes your senses
To beauty teamed with danger surprising threat
Always a bet of luck and skill
Any and every moment
Ready to thrill or chill
[Better than any pill]
